Yes, you can return/exchange, providing that the products are returned in its original condition. Please be careful with products, this means; no stains, rips, new smells etc. If your product is returned to us and is not in its original condition, your product may be refused of refund and returned to you. Please note: - Postage fees are not included in your refund amount - We do not pay for returns postage and if you do not pay for a tracked service and we do not receive your item, then you are liable for its loss. - Pre-order items are non-refundable as they have been sourced specifically for you.
